This page details how our delivery works, which zones we cover, what timing to expect, and how the handoff actually happens.
The intake and delivery process is the same whether you are at a beachfront resort, a multi-bedroom villa, or a yacht at the Cabo Marina:
The following timing windows are typical for in-stock medications during operating hours. Special-order medications (certain GLP-1 dosages, specialty injectables) may require 24 to 72 hours.

Payment is accepted in USD cash, MXN cash, major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), and bank wire for larger orders. All transactions generate a bilingual USD invoice.
Yes. Pedregal is one of our most frequent delivery zones. Standard delivery time is 30 to 45 minutes. We coordinate with villa managers, property staff, or the Pedregal gate directly. A photo of the prescription and the renter’s ID is sufficient to begin intake.
Most large farmacias in Cabo San Lucas offer some form of delivery, but service quality, English-language support, and discreet handoff vary widely. Pharmacycabo is purpose-built for resort and villa delivery, with bilingual pharmacists, USD invoicing, and direct coordination with concierge desks.
For properties in Cabo San Lucas, Médano, Pedregal, and the Marina, expect 30 to 45 minutes. Tourist Corridor and Palmilla properties are 45 to 60 minutes. Yes. We deliver to all docks at the Cabo San Lucas Marina and to Marina Puerto Los Cabos in San José del Cabo. Slip number and vessel name are required for intake. Tender pickup can be arranged for anchored vessels.

Yes. We handle gift and proxy deliveries regularly. The recipient must be reachable for handoff and ID verification, and prescription documentation must match the recipient.
